Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Labor

  • Labor costs are not included under any circumstances, and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not liable for any damages that occur during the installation process.

Delays to Custom Orders

  • Cancellations due to extended wait times are permitted only if there has been no progress on the order or no projected start date within five weeks of receiving the initial payment.

Returns

  • Returns are only available for products that are severly damaged or have significant manufacturing defects which render the product unusable. Customers must contact us immediately upon discovering the defect to qualify for a return.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition, without any wear or tear. Products with personalized decals are not eligible for return.
  • A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns and cancellations of custom products. Refunds are issued only after the safe return of the products. The customer is responsible for ensuring the products are securely packaged and returned safely.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

  • Exchanges are only available for products that are severly damaged or have significant manufacturing defects which render the product unusable. Customers must contact us immediately upon discovering the defect to qualify for an exchange.
  • Exchanged items must be in their original packaging and unused condition, without any wear or tear. Products with personalized decals are not eligible for exchange.
  • If a replacement item is requested before the original product is returned, we will require a temporary hold on the full retail amount until the original item is received.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using secure packaging and shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged goods during return transit.

Warranty Policy

  • Steering Wheels: 1-year manufacturer warranty against heat cracks on the carbon fiber finish. This warranty does not cover parts subject to normal wear or inevitable deterioration, such as leather, Alcantara, and painted plain weave carbon fiber.
  • LED Lights and Modules: 1-year manufacturer warranty against malfunctions.
  • Interior Carbon Fiber Products: Lifetime manufacturer warranty.
  • Exterior Carbon Fiber Products: 150-day warranty against yellowing, layering, or cracking.
