The steering wheel you buy usually does not include the OEM multi-function buttons. You can move the buttons on your original steering wheel to the new one and it will match well.
If your steering wheel has a hands-off sensor function, please contact us when placing an order. The hands-off sensor function usually means that it vibrates when your hands leave the steering wheel.

Usually, this function appears in some more advanced models, such as the BMW G series and the eighth generation of the Golf. If you are not sure whether you have this function, you can contact us and we will help you confirm it.

If you want to keep the original steering wheel heating function or the hand-off sensor function, each function usually costs an additional $150.

Nonetheless, it is imperative to note that our return and refund policy does not extend to steering wheel orders with custom specifications, such as the choice of top strap color, stitching color, and personalized logo services. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, but owing to the unique and personalized nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for such orders.
